There are five partnering options to choose from when working with MELTMAGIC provided these options to ensure customers have the flexibility to choose an option that best suits their needs. Each Option offers its own unique benefits so please be sure to review them all.

The five options are:

Hourly: This is one of the traditional means of billing for development and consulting resources. Customers are billed only for time used. Customers can request resources to provide services at will or based on a scoped project.

Fixed Price: This is also a more traditional means of billing for development and consulting resources. After a Statement of Work has been developed, a final price will be assigned to the delivery of the solution, regardless of how little or how much time is expended to deliver the solution.

Dedicated Development: We provide dedicated resources for the fixed number of months or on perpetual basis to develop, make changes and support a product. We, at our expense, keep a minimum of 10% resources as shadows for these projects. This ensures that the committed numbers of resources with their product/domain knowledge are available for the client at all the time.

Retainer: This is a unique option that truly allows customers the most flexibility in terms of meeting shifting development needs. This option allows customers to purchase a fixed amount of time at a discount. This time can be used for any development work needed. For instance, if a customer wants his Web site redesigned, a new C++ application, and a device driver developed, the time used will simply be deducted against the purchased amount.

Equity: MELTMAGIC participates at an equity level to ensure our interests are closely tied to those of the technology entrepreneurs we choose to work with. Besides offering competitive hourly or project development rates, we can also offset those rates even more in exchange for equity. Indeed, our preferred model is to participate at an equity level to ensure our interests are closely tied to those of the technology entrepreneurs we choose to work with.

Synergistic partnerships are built around total trust and confidence in each other. We maintain complete confidentiality about the work we do for our partners. We sign an NDA with our partners to protect their interests.
